Q?What if I do not have Heath Insurance, am I able to be seen at Urgent Care Centers?
A.

We accept patients that do not have heath insurance. We provide a low Self Pay option.  Please contact a Urgent Care Center near you for prices.

Q?What happens after I leave the Urgent Care Center?
A.

You will be notified of all follow-up procedures, including the need to contact your family physician. If you do not have a family physician, we’ll be happy to give you a referral. You will be contacted with the result of any abnormal lab work or x-ray. With your permission, a copy of your medical records will be forwarded when requested by your physician.

Q?What is your method of payment?
A.

We accept all major credit cards, cash, money orders, checks.

Q?Will my insurance be accepted at Urgent Care Centers?
A.

We accept most major insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid.  In fact, many plans offer lower co-pays for Urgent Care visits when compared to E.R. visits.

Q?When I need medical attention, where should I go?
A.

If you have serious, life – threathening conditions,  Dial 9-1-1.  If you need immediate treatment for a non- life-threatening condition, visit Urgent Care Center near you.

Q?Can my child be treated at a Urgent Care Center?
A.

Yes, We treat pediatric patients along with adult patients,  Young adult, under 18 should be accompanied by their parent or guardian.

Q?Do I need an appointment to be seen at Urgent Care Centers?
A.

No, no appointment is necessary, we are a walk in facility.

Q?What should I bring, with me to be seen?
A.

Valid Photo ID, Insurance card if you have, any kind of payment if you are self pay. Please provide 2 different phone contacts.
